how ease is it to remove the old downpipe and cat, also how would this new one above attach onto the new decat

I have just bought one of these, hopefully fitting this weekend.
I have had my cat and down pipe off before to remove the precat, is quite easy to be honest, a but fiddly trying to find the bolts to the turbo, but not in anyway difficult really!!
You are probably looking and hour max, start to finish including jacking up and lowering back down lol.

Buy this and won't you fail the next MOT?

I would suggest you soak the bolts and threads with wd40 before you start as if the downpipe hasn't been off before, the bolts may refuse to budge.

Almost certainly but it's his choice.

It took me just under 2 hours to swap my whole exhaust on a set of ramps but it was my first time doing it.
As above soak everything in wd40 before hand
All the turbo bolts were really easy to do on my car and its 6 years old and was done at 40k
The bolts on the pipe that joins the 2 parts of the exhaust were solid, I had to remove the whole exhaust in one piece and undo them on the ground to get good enough access to them.
If you buy the decat you will have to keep swapping to the exhausts for MOTs
I have a decat but I am considering getting a sports cat to save the hassle of swapping over at MOT time
You will also need to go stage 2 to map or you will get a CEL for the emissions

does anyone know how it joins onto the old exhaust
