Title: Auto Dipping side Mirrors?

My Edition 30 has the Auto dipping rear view mirror. Should my side mirrors auto dip too?  I'm guessing no, but does anyone have this option and would they be a retro fit?  Seems very penny pinching of VW to not include the door mirrors into the auto dipping package.......
Thoughts and part numbers if available please?!

?Autodipping??!? Do you mean auto-dimming? Yes it's standard on the GTI. I think on some cars the driver's side would auto-dim but not the passenger's side.

Driver side only i'm afraid... but the passenger side can be retro fitted using a mirror from the a european spec car.

Hmmm. Mine's either broken or been replaced with non dimming mirror glass. Do you happen to have the correct part numbers please?

ps. Some twonk just ran into the back of my car, splitting the lower rear bumper, cracking and denting the recently applied paint and ruining my day. Grrrrr. Part number for Edition 30 rear bumper please.

I dont have either im afraid, but im sure someone else will.

What a bugger.... i presume youve got insurance details etc, if so, the body shop will sort it out... you wont need the PN.

you may need to add the wiring too
