Has any one put the Hella R32 xenon look headlights on their Golf? I was looking at purchasing these:

It says "plug&play" but I dunno if anyone has experienced anything else when converting them into hids. Will I require anything other than just the lights and a conversion kit to run these?

was seriously considering these until a set of oem xenons came up for me for an extra 50 quid..
seem like really good quality!!!

Can get them about £150 cheaper from Germany. Have a search because there is a thread but i cant remember where! :happy2:

Once I have these installed with a HID kit, will I need vag com?

Yep those ones. About 5 people have bought a set from him, just message and ask him for RHD lights. I dont think vagcom is needed as they use the existing bulbs

What if I was to put in a hid kit?

Hids are a seperate system so wont need coding

Just read a review of the Osram super brights - they are 65w, just ordered a pair!!

They look sh*t. I hate fake HID xenons, you just make the car look cheap and tacky. Go with the projector xenon headlights or just go for some uprated bulbs.

Seen some r32 xenons with everything for £450 off a 2009 model. Is it worth it?

Sorry I know it's not Hella, but I had genuine Xenons put in today, to say I'm in love is an understatement.

Any experiences with the FK Automotive xenon look headlights?
Do they look the same as the o.e.m. looking Hella xenon look headlights?
Any real life pictures?
