Title: Service soon

Booked in my gti for a service next week with my local specialist. I know this has been asked a thousand times, but what should I be looking out for & expect from it? It had it's major service last year, so what's involved in a minor service? Sorry for the idiot question :P

Yeah I'm guessing that's the one cheers :) Well I've already said don't wash it, but should I ask which oil their going to use as well?

My VW main dealer use the Castrol Edge but I'd ask your local peeps or ask them to use a specific oil or supply it, 5 Ltrs. I have a sign I hang in the car "PLEASE DON'T WASH THE CAR", and I ask them to write it on the work slip.

Ditto...I always leave a note in the car NOT TO WASH OR VAC. heard too many stories of scratch damage etc.
