Title: Mkv seatbelt removal

Sorry for all the posts.  I just do t want to mess anything up. I'm looking for the best way to remove the seatbelt loop from the lower bar on the floor. Do I have to take off the lower moulding or can it before as is?

Ah. I see. However, I do t have to take the seatbelt off all the way. Just from the bar so I can take the trim out of the at and redo the fabric wrap
