Title: Time for the brakes to be changed

My rear pads are almost worn out so I'm gonna change the discs as well, going to up grade but unsure what to go for?
Also thinking about change the hoses to braided hoses do they make any difference ?.

Tbh IMO I'd leave standard kit on the rear as the majority of your stopping power is up front
