Title: New locking nuts needed and removal help.

The inner of one of my ABC type locking wheel nuts has mashed up meaning I can't removing the locking nut with the key. I need to get this removed and then replace the full set. Question is do I go for the ABC type again (as my plastic wheel nut caps will fit over the top without having to get the enlarged version) or do I go for the EVO type with the spinning collars?
Or something else?

What is the best way of removing the ABC wheel nut? RAC are Dynomec equipped which aparently guarantees to remove 100% of all locking nuts without damage to the wheel.
