Well unofficial figures over the last year show out of 130 people caught drink driving in one town where i live shows that 80% are eastern european .
Seems like alot of the crashes on this clip may be caused by the driver being drunk

The odd few look real. Although some look like 'Carry on - driving in Russia'  :confused: :stupid:
