Title: PCV - Let me get this right...
Post by: E30Dom on November 20, 2012, 01:02:49 pm
If I take the pipe off to the inlet manifold and blow/suck up it towards the PCV should it not allow air to pass one way or just have resistance, or what?

Cheers,

Dom

If you suck it should allow air but if you blow it should close the flap and not allow air.
So when your turbo creates boost it doesn't go into the cam cover.

Sorry to hijack this thread, what does the pcv do?

It vents pressure out of the crankcase back into the inlet system.  :happy2:
