Has any one else with a forge twintercooler noticed a drop in MPG? I had mine for about a week before the fuel consumption dropped by about 4 MPG down to about 30 MPG which makes me feel i have another problem.
I do have a judder issue every know and again and have changed to a forge dump valve and a catch tank but still that problem is there. when it does happen it won't rev above 3000rpm either with no lights flashing on the dash and diagnostics not showing any faults? Thoughts would be much appreciated.

Theoretically you should see a slight rise of mpg with the twintercooler fitted.
Do bear in mind that it's getting colder now and that decreases your mpg.

30 mpg from a 2.0l turbo'd car ,i would not worry about that in the slightest mate personally i think that's good !

I only got 28mpg in mine when it was standard :signLOL:

Car takes longer to warm up so mpg decreases. Once its up to to temp it will be better on fuel as the air is colder but until then will be worse :happy2:

Do you have a new downpipe on the car ?

Sorry for the late answers, I've not been able to get to a computer for a while. I'm still running a standard exhaust an down pipe. I was thinking about the pre cat modification to see if that may help with the mpg aswell as helping the car breath :)
I think it must be down to the cold weather aswell, don't think it's got above freezing today
