In the above video, in the middle of the frame, is that the engine moving? :scared:
COmpared to the many (if not most or all) people on this forum, I know next to nothing about cars. :ashamed: Trying to learn as I go.
And that movement looks scary to me. Is that normal?
I have ECS dog-bone insert in my E30, does it reduce the movement significantly?

Yes the engine does rock when moving.
The dogbone insert does help reduce this movement to some extent but to minimise it you'll also need uprated engine and transmission mounts.

Reducing the amount of movement in the engine by having mounts fitted will reduce wheel hop and help put the power down cleaner. It will inevitably also put extra pressure on the transmission and engine and also transmit more sound into the car.
