I took it to my local garage and they gave me the following info:

3C0 937 049 E

Bordnetz-sg

H37

Does any of that show that my CECM is highline?

Does your car have fog lights as standard?

If it does then you have a highline CECM. Some are 23 Byte and some are 30 byte  :happy2:

Just limits what you can enable in vagcom. 30 byte you can have cornering fogs, etc

It has fog lights, but I dunno if a previous owner put them on or if they are fitted as standard.
