Title: FMIC on a tuned E30
Post by: Peskarik on June 29, 2009, 07:21:35 pm
Today is 30C outside.

I have S3 intercooler (or whatever Oettinger uses) in my 330hp Ed30, but iWonder whether say also bolting Forge FMIC to the front would be somehow beneficial? Or is it just waste of money?

Up to know i,ve not noticed a change on mine(S3 and front mount IC).

you mean in terms of horsepower?
I am not so much after horsepower, just wonder if that second IC would be somehow beneficial for efficiency, longevity...

Why, for example, do you have 2 ICs?

Sean (TT) has the S3 and the Forge twintercooler and so would be the perfect person to ask whilst he is around :happy2:

Yeah, I'm sure I discussed at great lengths on the other forum the pros and cons of the OEM mount and the Forge mount - and I'm about done for today, so if someone is handy with the search function on the other side, kindly post the link. Ta  :happy2:
