Been looking for ages now and really kicking myself for not buying one when they were available on the VW website.

Have you tried eBay? Alot of the dealers sell stuff like this through their eBay stores now. The link you posted is actually Beadles VW in Dartford.

could be worth getting in touch with the parts dept at your local dealers - the link you posted has the items part number.

If not, try your local TPS as they may be able to get hold of one for you or at the very least, tell you which dealership still has stock...
