Title: Just Car Clinic
Post by: Edition30 on December 17, 2012, 05:17:59 pm
Has anyone dealt with Just Car Clinic?

Someone reversed (at some speed) into my parked car on Friday night. Pushed the car about a foot across the pavement, door and wing are f*cked and the tyre is flat.

Was a great start to the weekend.

Any questions I should be asking or things to look out for on a repaired vehicle? I will be asking for a copy of the report and repairs if they will be available.

Is this going through insurance or are you having to pay yourself?

Little update on the car.

Its ready for collection so I went down this morning to find a nice fresh dent on the car  :fighting:

Also rejected the refurb on the alloy as its had halfords special silver spray treatment. Waiting for estimates on a full refurb, as it should have been done in the first place.

Could still see the masking tape marks.

Nightmare. Keep rejecting it till its right!! They won't get paid till you sign it off.

I rejected an old Ibiza repair a couple of times. I rejected the repair on the rear of my Clio 200 as well. They think they can get away with sub standard workmanship and its not on.

I probably wouldn't have noticed the way they repair wheels if I hadn't worked at a dealership.

'Cheap, that will do' repair.

I will see how it drives once the alloy and dent have been put right. I want a new car now, not good when Im saving for a house and the car will probably lose a bit of value due to crash/repair.
