Title: Edition 30 build plate

Hi everyone,

I realise that there's a bit of info on one of the main topics about build plates for the Ed30, as well as the aftermarket group buy thread that just occurred.

However- is the info still current regarding obtaining a build plate for an Ed30? Is there a specific VW HQ phone number I should call to quote something? My 57 plate Ed30 doesn't have a build plate anywhere and has had one previous owner, so I'm hoping the plate just wasn't ever claimed. No worries if it's not a possibility from VW anymore- I figured it may not be being as the cars are two gens old now.

Any advice would be well received.

You can still get them if you car's not had one already send a copy of your V5 to jenny.boyd@volkswagen.co.uk and she will sort it for you.  :happy2:

............but if it was sent to the orginal owner(most were) they won't send another. Mine was like this & i got one from the group buy off here. :happy2:
