|Good point Matt but who are we to criticise how he spends his money.

Funding for the real one continues to gather pace. http://www.vulcantothesky.org/

Seen a few Large jet RC planes, I think he went more for the "scale" look there as for a JET RC plane 150mph is not that fast, I remember being at an RC show 8 years back and jet planes there were being clocked with radar at 220-230mph.

Best thing about that day was the full size stunt plane "Breitling Sukhoi SU 31" prop hanging about 20ft off the ground and then climbing vertically to about 3000feet in what seemed like a few seconds..........Awesome sight, all while the pilot was commentating while doing it and even gave a cheeky wave  :signLOL:

Oh, ok, cool. It certainly is a sight. When I was re-tiling the roof on my house in the summer it flew over a few times and it was sooooo low and slow I just sat on the ridge in awe :happy2:

Nice to see it appreciated mate.  :happy2:

If you can go see it at an airshow next year or if you are close enough go visit it at Doncaster for a hanger tour.

It's quite a sight to see on take off from Doncaster.

Yeah, we went to see it at RAF Fairford Royal Tatoo a couple of years ago. It was an awesome display, just seems to hang in the air, and the noise :happy2: It also stays at Lasham Airfield near me when its in between shows which i guess it was going to and from when I was doing my roof. Wish I could of got to take a picture as is was sooo low
