Title: Error P0172 System Too Rich

Engine managemtn light came on, scanned with my scanner and cleared the error, cleared and all good for a few hundred miles then returned?
Any ideas? Read online people saying MAF? I can smell fuel a little more then normal but only sometimes? Not fully clued up but anything simple I can try to diagnose the problem with?

This isnt a ed30... and AFAIK thats issue (rich on idle) is a different fault code.  :happy2:

Theres a lot in that list to go through!

Don't lnow much about the car, it HAS been mapped but not sure who with, it's certainly a hell of a lot quicker then my old Standard GTi, can just tell the difference plus the MPG is a lot better town driving wise.

I have left the managemnt light on and it's not smelt once, going to reset it and turn it off again today do you guys think its the map?
