Title: Which is the worst road in UK for tyre noise?

Hi folk's,

Following on from my moan about the tyre noise/roar in my ED30, I'd like to know where you think the worst/noisiest road is in the UK?

First off I'd like to nominate the northbound outside lane of the A34 just north of the M4. Jeez, went up there last night and it's so bad I could hardy here the radio!

Anyone else like to nominate a road for this prestigious award? Just so that I can avoid it!  :wink:

The M90 around Kinross is horrendous. It's like a patchwork quilt and makes the roads I drove on in Texas seem like the proverbial baby's rear end.

The M53 Heading towards Chester. Even in my truck you can hear the tyre noise! Horrible beige concrete road surface!
