Title: Wheres my boost gone??

My car seems to have lost its R-Tech boost this morning, i'ts driving normally but has no power. Is there anything I should be looking at before I book it into the garage?

Possibly the dv? They can split over time

Thats only 14PSI though.... Nath..... :laugh:

Post by: JamesC on January 03, 2013, 08:08:15 pm: Well VW looked at it straight away and................. It was the DV! All fitted and ready to collect tomorrow morning.

Little punchy but great service from VW which was a surprise, unfortunately my usual specialist couldn't look at it until next Wednesday.

although sorry to hear you had to pay so much. at least u know what to look for next time (and PCV) did they tell which revision DV they fitted? i assume another G
