Title: Armrest fitting guide

Hi guys.

I'm due to purchase and fit an armrest at the weekend, courtesy of Neil  :happy2:

Does anyone have a guide at all? Knowing me ill fit it the wrong way round, upside down and on the bonnet!!!  :chicken:
