Anyone know where I can buy this cable from?

I've been to my local computer shop and they don't have it, had a look online and can't find it. The one pictured is a Logitech game adapter but Logitech don't make them anymore :fighting:
I need this cable to connect my Logitech z2300 speaker system to my PS3, if anyone knows where I can get hold of this let me know thanks :happy2:
