Title: Golf mk5 & Jetta wings the same?

Folks, I've looked everywhere for the answer and can't seem to find it. A mate is looking for a drivers side front wing for his Jetta. I have a mk5 wing but he's been told by bodyshops that they aren't the same. Is there any truth in this? I know the part numbers vary slightly,

1K6 821 022A for Golf 5

1K5 821 022A for Jetta

it shouldnt do but go to a body shop that mainly work on v dubs ask bristol heritage vw bristol there on the net good luck :wink:
