Title: VW Touch Bluetooth Install Problem

Im trying to install the VW Touch Bluetooth into my dads 09 Passat,

plug it all in, connect it up to the quadlock and the radio etc, but the unit doesn't get power. I've read that it needs a ignition feed, but i don't know what wire it is that it needs to go to does anybody know which one it might be? or how i can find out

 I've searched the web endlessly but cant find anything anywhere

Ive just done this!

You get the switched feed from the cigar lighter socket.

There will be 3 wires going to the socket. Black, Brown/red and light blue.

You need to tap into the Brown/red one.  :happy2:

Shouldn't there be an ignition live on the quad lock connector you could use?

There is only permenant live to the quad lock.
