Title: Headlight mist/water

Now I know water and electrics don't go so why the hell has my car got some mist/water droplets in the headlight?? Is it a common problem that can be easily fixed or shall I start looking for the leak??

Have you got a pic of how bad it is? Misting is a common problem especially this time of year.
