Title: New foam for seat base

Hi peeps,
     I'm new to this forum but was wondering if anyone has replaced the foam in the seat base of there gti. My car has very good leather apart from the drivers seat foam bolster, I want to replace it before it affects the leather. Is it hard and where is best place to get a new one.

Black 3 door manual full leather sat nav, standard but could well change in future :drinking:

They are less than £100 from VW i think
