Does anyone know if a mk6 golf rear wiper motor is the same as a mk5?

Mk6 part no: 5K6955711A/B
Mk5 part no: 1K0 955 711 B

Looking at those numbers and comparing photos, I'd take an educated guess that they are the same. I don't know for sure however - maybe a dealer could advise.
