Can anyone tell me the difference between:

K04-53049880064

and

K04-53049700064

I guess my first question is why do you need to know? If they are both K04's for the same application and straight from the manufacturer they will only be minor differences, if any. I doubt they will perform any differently. :smiley:

K04-53049880064 is the AUSF.-NR if you buy the K04 from Borg Warner.

K04-53049700064 is the AUSF.-NR if you buy the K04 from Audi dealers.

Borg Warner : ~ £800

Audi : ~ £1440

Where's the catch?

Probably just Audi name tax. The unique number is most likely the coding for supply to Audi and the other from Borg Warner.

There could be subtle part differences, but basically the same and do the same?
