Title: Boost gauge advise

Hi
i wanted to fit a OSIR pod in the air vent.  can anyone recommend a nice boost gauge to use on my Golf GTI ED30?

also does anyone offer fitting of these around London area?

....Er, that's a Newsouth boost gauge and not in an OSIR pod and........................

That's my car!!

Interesting to see that I installed the boost gauge at 49k miles  :happy2:

just so u no mate i orderd my OSIR pod  about 5 weeks ago and i still dont have it lol

the OSIR pods looks really good but sold out for ages. but the more i looked at it i realised how much it is out of place with the rest of the interior.
the DEFI gauge are very nice, but they dont illuminate the right colour with the rest of the lights.

Im leaning towards getting a PODI gauge from my research, its a perfect match for the VW MkV.  just need to find a nice air vent that will work well for it.  just cant seem to find one, ideally i wanted a angled RHD air vent..

OSIR (Mr Riso of Hong Kong) tends to produce his stuff in batches according to demand. Have you checked with the TTshop in Bedford who are official OSIR distributors and have a good relationship with Riso?

But I agree that the OSIR style mount doesn't suit the Mk5 cabin so well - That's also why I didn't buy one.

yes RR i spoke to the TT shop, they said they were going to ring me back with a quote for the DEFI install.

....I bought it originally from Awesome (Manchester) with the airvent housing as in the photo above.

I have now transfered it to a steering wheel housing......................

Ive seen this one before, its the only boost gauge i like the look of. Sadly i dont see a RHD version  :sad1:
