For my new work vehicle!

I actually thought about one of these a while ago, but luckily swerved off to VW.

They have loads of kit, but are quite thirsty. Not a bad choice though for a load Lugger.

This one's mileage and condition seem surprisingly good.  They hide their mileage well, so check it thoroughly.

Worth the trip to look at more closely, I would say.  Owners rave about them.  Let us know what you find!

Snow permitting, I'm going to look at one exactly the same as this tomorrow with similar miles. The trader involved in this one must think he's in a boom, he has failed to call me back 3 times when he said he would, so I'm going elsewhere.

It's refreshing to see someone wanting something uber crap on fuel for their work vehicle, instead of a diesel - but shear economics would ask why?
With only 220lb/ft, most modern 2.0L TDI's would match/better this, coupled with probably half the tax and fuel bill... just saying.

4wd i need, estate I need and quick i need. Life is too short to spend 5 days out 7 in a transit connect or something dull . Simple.

Also these use a lot of oil,can use a litre in 1000miles but if the service history is good then it's worth a look

Yes yes and more yes! looked at one of these a few years ago as a commuter but 24k a year mileage an into the low 20's mpg finally persuaded me against it. If you've got a fuel card or cash back credit card then go for it  :happy2:
