Title: Heated Wing Mirrors

I've recently changed both wing mirror glasses and now they don't seem to get as anywhere near as warm as they did previously, does anyone have any thoughts?

genuine VW glasses or parts shop aftermarket glasses?

Geninue VW parts.

My driver side mirror glass started vibrating circa 60 / 70 mph (the glass was coming away from the backing), and I took the opportunity to replace the passenger side with a heated wide angle glass also.

I can not understand why.
