				Hey all,
Time to buy some skirts for the dirty D...
Just wondering, is there many different options, I want to stay OEM as the fitment of aftermarket is often pants...
Is there a difference between Ed30 side skirts and GTi skirts so forth and so on?
Thanks all :)

GTI side skirts are textured and cheaper, Ed30 are smooth are very much more pricier  A good bodyshop should be able to colour code the gti skirts without being crazy pricey ;)

GTI ones with a fitting kit are under £100 where as ED30/R32 ones are £283 per skirt plus fitting kit and painting. Another option to stay OEM would be Votex skirts

You will find many a thread on this, but basically
GTI - black motled effect plastic - about £40 each from the dealer. Would have to be smoothed and sprayed to colour match, or high build primer
ED30/R32 - smooth and in primer from the dealer - near on £200 each.
There is also a caracteur (or however it is spelt) version which is pretty straight in appearance

Was hoping this would be the case as I'd already priced up some GTi skirts at 40 something a side :)
Was just checking there wasnt any cosmetic differences in style :)
Cheers guys   :happy2:
