Title: arm rest fitting help

Hi all just bought an armrest complete to fit my golf and try as I might I cant find a fitting guide , now I've seen one somewhere with good photosof fitting it and cutting and ffitting heater trunking , anyone help me ?

By the way it's a bit of a job fitting the vent pipes lets know if you get stuck as I've just fitted one!
