Not a bad price that... Alike most people on this forum I would advise steering clear of anything lesser quality than OEM itself as it just wont fit right....

Mind you in its defence being only a rear lower valance you probably wouldnt have to many issues with this...Steer clear of replica fronts & skirts etc tho....!

Just bought my rear lower bumper from these guys. I went to there main showroom in Ilford Essex to pick it up. They do have a facebook page.
The mould looks good, but I have not tried to fit it on yet. There is still work to be done on the bumper as it not 100% smooth/flat.
They also came with the reflectors.

Sorry mate but could you clarify:

You went to pick it up the bumper and it wasnt of good quality?
are they completing the work to finish the smoothing for you?

There is a seperate thread on this as GTI-Ross just bough the R32 bumper i beleive.

The bumper is made out of abs plastic. Better then fiberglass
When I mean smooth/flat, The bumper will have some ripple effect when you spray it. So there will be abit of work trying to get a nice finish. I'm just being fussy.

Ok, so the bumper finally arrived to day after a bit of a mix up, snow and bank holiday. After unpacking it and checking it over i was very impressed. It feels very solid and was built / moulded.

It is very smooth so i dont think it gonna need any extra prep work. Im taking it to my body shop guy this week, ill then know how good it actually  is (like fit wise and stuff)

Think im going Red and main Section and Gloss or Mat Black on centre lower section.

I'm thinking of getting one with the standard gti exit. Will be much better than standard even unpainted so should be a good mod for £100

How does this fit, are there any screws or does it just unclip

Doesn't look like it does on the left an no exhaust models. as there not shown on the website like the one you have is.

That is what made me ask you the question in the first place Ross.

Got a R32 with GTI exhaust cut out one over the weekend, Decent quality  but is gonna need a bit of prep to get it perfect as i can see where the mould was altered to delete the r32 exahusts,
Otherwise very happy so far.
I can also confirm the one with the GTI exhaust cut out does not come with a towing eye hole

*Also PPCGB are asking customer to be patient as some bumpers are turning up to them without the reflectors included*

Looks Good. Need to get it primed and painted. I'm doing this myself.
The fitment is good. It all lines up. The right hand reflector need a bit of work to make it flush.
Its need to be sanded down a lot. Bits of imperfection everywhere.
I would advise if you have no experience on body work don't buy this. Look out for a better one. But all aftermarket bodykits won't be perfect.

Sent them an email yesterday about their bumpers and they've informed me that there is no longer a hole or cover for the tow eye so I guess its just moulded without. Anyone know if this would be hard to sort out? Can't imagine it'd look all that neat though :S
