Title: ECS N75?
Post by: Miller_d on February 06, 2013, 05:14:09 pm
Hello,

Anyone using the ECS Race N75 on a forge DV? I have been looking around and no-one seems to have a definitive answer.

Im running:
54 plate
Forge Twintake
Forge Catch can kit
Forge DV valve
Full Millteck system
BluFin Stage 2+
AutoTech HPFP

Soon to replace my N80 aswell, but need some advice on the N75 as boost is lagging

many thanks,
Dan

Dont ECS tend to take OEM parts and put their name on?  :popcornsoda:

**Edit**

After reading the sales speel, it cries out boost spike to me.  I haven't heard of anyone running one.

Must admit it says race in the name so the part of my brain that makes decisions on mods tells me I need it lol

Im as confused as you to this part, it seems to be the only sensible upgrade.

I need to sort out the boost leak, as i might aswell be not driving a golf if its struggling this bad..

my only concern is i have no error codes yet.

but really noticing it every time i drive.

1.8T only.

The valve is just an H version with the part number removed anyway.  :signLOL:
