Title: replaced my dv valve

right i had a real bad hesitating feel low revs, so done research on here to find out the dv was naffed, it was totally fooked but also noticed that it was full of oil, just thought it could b bause it was tottally split, so replaced it with 2 weeks with revision g part and what a totally different car after, but driving it today have noticed that it feels juddary at low speed anyone got any advise

i done the PCV test which was take the dipstick out and if it runs worse then its ok if it dont change then its naffed and it started running rough so shows its ok
