My wife was adamant it had to be red & 3 door  :happy2:

Thankfully we found this one straight away, 2 owners, FSH, 55k miles.

Not that I get to drive it, she only lets me near it when it needs cleaning

You're wife has good taste in cars, my missis say's its a metal box to get you from A to B, I think 3 doors looks miles better than 5 (mines 3 dr, steel grey THE BEST Colour)  :grin:

Sometimes I wish she would prefer"just a metal box to get from a to b". She's always very specific about model, colour, spec when it comes to cars so finding exactly what she wants can be tricky.

When the sun's shining a 1972 VW bay window camper  :smiley:, the rest of the time I have an old Focus to get work & back  :ashamed:.

Cheers guys, Haven't driven it since we've had the Golf so guesing it's going to feel even slower than usual. Maybe time for an engine upgrade  :grin: :grin:

Well after 5 great years of ownership the MkV IS going up for sale to make way for a Mk7 GTI. Let me know if interested.
