I have had my edition 30 a few weeks and parked up today someone jumped into the car next to me and flung open their door without even thinking and hit my passenger side door (when I looked at him he was kissing another man in the car - off topic but there you go). It was dark so I couldnt see the damage at the time but did when I got home and had a closer inspection. FURIOUS!! The car is an 08 plate and immaculate until today! It's not a big mark but now I know it is there it will irratate me.
Can anyone please recommend the best way to fix it? I see halfords have a reflex silver repair kit which may (or may not) fix it? - this would always come in handy in the future when another numpty decides to do the same: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_194875_langId_-1_categoryId_165580

That's no excuse gay or not you should have said something at the time of it happening, I hate people who do this, I always park out of the way if I can and you can guarantee when you come back some one has parked there rust bucket next to your pride and joy, I always watch the person get in/out of there car when I'm parked in a bay with someone beside me.
Has it definitely chipped the paint? Have you given it a quick polish to see if its just paint from his door sat on the top of yours? I'm sure a mobile chip company would get rid of it no problem as it doesn't look very big.

He just swung the door open without giving a s*** about the car parked next to it. I am always careful when getting in and out of my car or anyone elses car to NOT damage the car next to me and then there are people like this running around who just dont care!
It's not just the paint, it is a small scratch/chip, maybe 1cm, looks like it would need to be filled first? What I do know is the last bit of bodywork at my local garage cost hundreds. At the same time I dont want to take the halfords repair it yourself route if it will look crap after. Any idea of the cost for such a small chip?

That is Outlandish. :P
I am guessing it is the back door, with him being gay. :jumping:
Don't let a repair specialist bend you over for this. :pomppomp:
If it was me, I would have taken his number down.
Sorry for being silly I am sure it will!, in the buff out.

It wont need filling unless it was a dent, even then i would imagine a bodyshop would pull out a small dent. Your best bet is a repair specialist. Shouldnt be too expensive, way under £100.
Id have taken his number then given him a peice of my mind, and maybe taken his wallet :scared:

Bummer when that happens. Thats what happens when you park near a back passage.

Sorry to read your misfortune..nice brown mark that, hopefully it will wash off, but I fear it might be a chips away sort of job.
See if the Dentmaster guy takes Back handers?
