Will Porsche 6 pot calipers with r32 discs fit under my standard ed30 wheels

I dont think you can use the 6 pot over the 345mm disc (assuming you mean the Touareg style caliper).

You can use those calipers but with a Mercedes 350mm disc, but you will most likely need a small spacer.
