Title: Rear suspension adjustment

On fitting the coilovers my lower rear arms are seized (the nuts&bolts are seized into the bush)
I've managed to adjust the camber to its still in spec , but the Toe is miles out - garage recommended new arms and bolts - or is there a replacement bush kit available?
