I bought my GTI about 2 months ago now but I've finally had the chance to take some photos and get them on here...

Thanks guys  :happy2: No real plans for modding at the moment but after looking at the 'Wheels' thread I could be tempted!

To be honest I don't know if the lights are tinted or not, as far as I know the car is totally standard (I'm a bit of a noob you see).  After looking at other GTIs though, it appears I'm missing the splitter from the front bumper. I didn't notice when I bought it. Does anyone know if I have to buy a whole new bumper to get one or can I just buy the splitter and attach it?

^^^^  just buy a new Splitter Insert from the VW main dealer. Part number is 1K0 807 110.

It looks like you might have a film over your headlights and fogs, possibly Lamin-X.

EDIT:

Pic below is of the 2 sections of a Mk5 GTI (upside down), the spoiler and the splitter, your after the dark part......

Cheers for the info, I'll have a look into getting one, the cars look much better with the splitter. I wonder what happened to the original one...  :confused:
