Title: Would this turbo fit my gti??

Hey,

I need a new turbo unit for my golf gti mk5 2005 engine code axx.

I have found one on eBay from the same car but 2007 model. Would this turbo fit my 2005 gti?

Yes it should as both have the same turbo.

Mine has a huge crack in it although it's not failing yet.

that is costly, i sold mine for 50 and it only had done 16k

Pictures on the listing show a tdi turbo.  Deffo not a petrol gti turbo.

Petrols came with a borg warner turbo.  Not a garrett.

Hi Alex,

Just contacted the buyer and he said he listed the item incorrectly. So hes refunding the money to me. Thank god.

Im now bidding on the used one on ebay. Cheers mate
