Hello, is this the back of an RNS510?

The outer collars on fakra connectors have groves which prevent connecting the GPS wire into the radio connectors for example. I'd speculate plastics apper to the cracked and gone. Either the unit has been damaged in transit, dropped or the connectors have been unplugged by a fool who didn't know how to unplug.
If the metal parts of the connectors are still intact it may still be viable, although you'd need to ensure the connections stayed connected by some physical means. Worth a punt for beer money and try to attach connectors. I'm sure repair is possible but labour costs may make this not viable.
Fakra connectors http://www.wellshow.com/technical-support/rf_connector-fakra-connector/ (http://www.wellshow.com/technical-support/rf_connector-fakra-connector/)
A "Z" fakra connector will connect with all combinations.

Something like this would help hold the cables in a S shape above the connectors to reduce the likely hood of coming off after a bit of spirited driving/ pot hole/speed bump etc
