Title: RNS510 with DAB

This is on my list, and wondered what I should budget for one, and what the availability is like.  Seen a couple on German eBay. I notice a couple of people have got them on here, so was just looking for an update.

Still only coming through in tiny amounts like 1 here 2 there expect to pay around 900 at least

very hard to come by

had to wait 3 months for the 2nd unit that ordered for someone on the Tiguan forum to arrive

Picking up R32 Sunday. If I can get a DAB one, I'm thinking I may as well go for it. Other car (Land Rover )has DAB and would miss it.

I have the RCD 510 with DAB and I couldn't live without it.  Bought it 3 years ago for I think £300 but I also had to shell out for a new can bus and DAB roof aerial

I need to retrofit RNS510, and would prefer to do it once, with a DAB unit. Hence my question to Eddie-NL to ask if he could try to get hold of one.
In the UK Radio 5 Live and Radio 5 Sports Extra are better and only available (respectively) on DAB.

I have RNS 315 Nav with DAB and build in Bluetooth, nice unit and cost me under £450

Why not just go for the Alpine/Kenwood HU's with Nav/DAB/+ lots more? £900 for a RNS is too much IMO

I saw one at the stealers for around the 1k mark and has all the RNS features and more :happy2:
