Hi Marley, you've only had the car a week and you've started the mods already lol...

Window tints- done.
Black badge- done.
Black alloys
Lowering springs

I'm sure there's probably more things I've missed out...

You wanna up the power, you need bigger brakes
performance mods to support the power
looks, lowered, colour coded, spends a long long time deciding over wheels.

have it to the way you would like it to look,

ask yourself what and how you would like it to look feel & drive...

the best place to start is to read thrw the build threads
http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/board,8.0.html,

 then http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/board,11.0.html

your car myfriend your choice, but one warning it is a very slippery slope, but very enjoyable  :happy2:

Oooooo nice, same as mine different colour ;)

How much were the tints?
Title: Re: New car!
Post by: Marleymk5 on March 15, 2013, 12:01:26 am
I paid 190+ vat could have got them done a lot cheaper other places but everyone i spoke to recommended south coast tints (where i got them done) so i thought may aswell fork out abit more to start with rather than having to do them twice beacuse they have bubbled or ripped lol  :happy2:

looks nice there! and good start with the mods  :happy2:
just think if you are happy with the power currently then start on handling, springs or coils, ARB's and bushes etc they certainly help to further enjoy the current driving pleasure.

Maybe think of an intake and a cat back as a start for when you get the remap bug!! most of all enjoy it  :drinking:
