Title: Changing the heater knobs/switches

Just wondering if anyone knows how to change the 3 heater knobs under the stereo, the buttons to knock the ECON/Auto and OnOff/Dual are scratched and the paint is flaking off them so want some new ones. Guess i could get the from the dealer? Does anyone know how to remove them? Uploaded a pic so you can see what i mean.

As far as i am aware you can't change the switches, you will need a complete panel. Check out ebay for a replacement.
