Your car is European?
The 8 or 9 is irrelevant, the important part of the number is the x7x to denote highline.

So yep, 873 is the natural choice but you're not limited to that

Thank you and yes........my car is European.

What do you mean I'm not limited to that?

Do I have more choices than 873...?

Yes you can have 873, 874 or go back the way with 872 but I'd suggest the first two.
You'll need someone with a genuine Vag commander to get your immo data anyway so may as well get the 'natural' replacement.

You could always put 972/973/974 UK clocks in as they have km/h on them if that wouldn't bug you.

X70/X71 clocks are usable but rely on a different MFSW button layout in conjunction with the MFA+ stalk and would probably throw up other quirks.

more importantly is do you have someone with vag commander who can code up and fit to your car???
if you can get both the skc from your clocks and the skc from the upgrade...the coding can be done online!!!

Yes.

I have VCDS.

How can I do that?

I know first of all I must purchase the clocks but it would be great if I knew the procedure.
