I have had a decent offer for my RRS from these guys, has anyone had any dealings with them, are they a genuine company and anything i should be wary of. Obviously if i go ahead before i even release the vehicle i will make sure funds are in and cleared. Also there will be a secong payment done via chaps to clear the finance. With regards this he said it will go straight in but may take 24hrs to show. Ive spoken with landrover and they said it will show straight away but i will have to wait 24hrs for a settlement certificate. Does that all sound right? Obviously if i ring the finance company and they say its been payed will that be ok? Cheers.

Providing you receive confirmation from Landrover that the settlement has been made i would think it should be fine and that funds are fully cleared within your account. I do think funds can be withdrawn on the same day of the transfer from the sender, so maybe move them to a seperate account as soon as they go into your account.
When i look at an ED30 with VW finance on it, i rung VW and they explained that once the payment had been made they could email me a confirmation on the day, but it would still show on any HPI check for a couple of weeks.
