Hey. I've been posting on E38 for a few years, but have recently bought myself a 2.0TFSI Jetta...and this place looks like it might be a bit of a better place to learn from :)
So, hello!

welcome to the forum Rob--are you going down the mod route :worthless:
-
Almost certainly...I'm just not sure what quite yet.
Picked up a GTI tartan interior already. It's got a Milltek cat-back exhaust, so I'm tempted by a sports cat downpipe and an R-Tec remap. Air is also high on the list.
I need to refurb my Fat Fives and chuck them on too.

Welcome along Rob, more jetta's on here now!
We need pictures :happy2:

I've the temperature heads north of freezing over the weekend, I'll give her a wash and take some photos :chicken:

Finally got round to taking a pic (covered in motorway grime mind)

I'm building up the courage to give her a wash, polish and wax today :ashamed:

Like that ...is that a standard front splitter painted reflex silver ?
sent using my own fingers

Very nice and in the best colour too
Is it sat on coilovers?
-
Not coils, but the seller said it had some Eibach springs installed.
I'm desperate to get it lower, but I think air is the only option as I don't want to trash this one!

Mine is sat on a B12 sportline kit with eibach springs (enough lows for me at this time)
You probably will need the chassis notch to get lows.
Check out Jettair's thread he is on air!
