Title: Mfd2 iPod connection

Hello I am wanting to connect my iPod to my mfd2 headunit. If I purchase the vw iPod connector that comes with the armrest will that also charge my iPod ? I want something where it charges my iPod and can change the tracks on the unit.

Yes it will charge and allow you to change tracks. Youll get no track info, but thats a minor inconvenience

Its a straight swap for the armrest CD change if you have that.
